Stress: My # 1 form of weightloss

I preach health and fitness. I preach good nutrition, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep. It's my life, it's what I study, it's supposed to be what I do. HOWEVER, over the past week I've discovered and decided that there is a better way to lose weight (not like I'm trying to lose weight, but just in general) STRESS! Yes, I, Brittany Kober, lost 8lbs in one week! I'VE NEVER LOST 8lbs IN MY LIFE!!! haha. I seriously forgot to eat, and since I was so stressed, my stomach was in constant knots, so when I did have time to eat, I didn't feel like it! This resulted in my stomach shrinking, which resulted in me eating less the very few times I did eat......

Needless to say when all is said and done, stress sucks, but it also sucks away fat:)
