Meet Logan Nichol, 24 year old Business Major at old BYU-I. Logan is a good friend of mine, and of course, a guy:) This week especially I've had a particular fascination with the difference between the brains of guys, and the brains of girls. How we are wired, how we think, our likes and our dislikes, it's all just SO different. I was sitting with Logan, enjoying one of our regular chats, and I decided to ask him, some somewhat typical questions, and just see how they compare to my thinking process. Here's what I got:)
What is the most frustrating thing about girls?
When they don't take initiative (Logan had previously been ranting to me about how he feels like he has to take ALL the initiative in his current relationship)
What is the most endering quality about the current girl you are interested in?
Her genuine concern (How sweet right?!)
Would you rather date a hot girl or a cute girl? Why?
cute- because they are more genuine and down to earth and they don't worry about stupid things, they know where Singapore is and they don't wear uggs! (oh Logs, good answer!)
What do guys stress about when they lay in bed at night in regards to girls?
"Is this chick gonna text me again in the morning?" (hmm glad to hear we aren't the only ones who stress about this)
Be honest, do you go more for looks or personality?
Looks first (girls are sometimes a little bit different on this answer)
What would you do if a girl started talking about marriage on the first date?
Turn around and take her home?
How long does it take until you'll fart in front of a girl?
4 months (eeew...it would take me a lot longer than that..haha)
Blondes or Brunettes?
Girls
As I started contemplating this little chit-chat I had with Logan, I realized that he is a lot different than a lot of guys, in a lot of ways. He's a lot better than most guys, and I respect him for his sensitivity and appreciation of different qualities.
I don't think it would be possible to pick apart the brain of guys through one simple interview of one of my best friends, but it was fun:)
This was a good break from chemistry. I think its cool how you are interviewing people and posting it on your blog.
