Today I learned a great lesson about myself, and about my Heavenly Father, I learned that He has a will and a plan for us, and that plan is going to lead us to our ultimate happiness and potential. I have been fighting His plan for me for a long time, thinking that I know what's best, and my timing is right, when in fact I know so very little, even about myself. He knows me better than I know me, and He sees the end from the beginning. I have agency, and I can choose to go a different route than He desires for me, but if I want to experience the fullest joy possible, I need to wait on the Lord, for He can make more out of my life than I can.
I'm grateful for my Heavenly Father. He is so very patient with me, how can I not be patient and trust in His timing? I know that He answers prayers in the way we need them answered, and He can mold our hearts and our minds to be prepared for the answers we sometimes may not be prepared to hear. I also know that it is through other people's righteousness and faithfulness that He works. I'm grateful for good people who are instruments in His hands, and examples to me.
