It's A Beautiful Day To Be Grateful!

I almost decided to write a post all about how i HATE money...and then I caught myself, once again, complaining about something I have absolutely NO control over at this point in my life...I'm in college, I'm in debt, and it's okay!

So instead I'd like to reflect today on all the things I have been blessed with in my life, after all, it's a beautiful fall day, it's November, it's a time for Thanksgiving:)

First, I am grateful for my education. I have the opportunity to learn in an environment that stimulates secular, as well as spiritual knowledge and intelligence. We have so much around us to learn, and I have the ability to soak up as much of that as I can every day. Very few things bring me as much joy as an increase in knowledge does.
I am grateful for my family. I include my roommates in this as well, because here at school they are like my family. My parent are wonderful, and I am truly blessed to have them, my sisters are so fun, and have always been my friends. My extended family is supportive and loving as well. I know that there is always support from these people who are closest and dearest to me, and I thank God for them everyday, without them I would be lost!
I am grateful for my physical body, even though I complain about it at times, I really have been blessed with great health, and the ability to exercise and strengthen this tool that I've been blessed with.
I'm grateful for the priesthood power that's on the earth today. It really is a blessing from our Heavenly Father that gives us direction and guidance in a world that's quickly deteriorating.
I'm grateful for all my physical possessions that continue to work and run and aid me in my progress here at school, and in this life.
I'm grateful for kind people, and the acts of service that I witness around me everyday.
I'm grateful for the missionaries out spreading the gospel, and their dedication and hard work.
I'm grateful for the troops serving our country and fighting for our freedoms. This is truly a great nation, and I am blessed to have been born here where I can worship and choose as I please.
I'm grateful for technology, it's advances that have made communicating with those around the world possible. I'm grateful for the great minds who continue to increase this technology.
And finally I'm grateful for   gospel of Jesus Christ in my life, my understanding and testimony of my Savior brings me eternal joy, peace, and hope. I know that the atonement of Jesus Christ is all encompassing, and because of it, all my worries and trials can be swallowed up in Him.
This knowledge makes every day more precious and sweet.

I'm grateful for you:) Thanks for reading my blog!
Love Britt
