H-A-P-P-I-N-E-S-S...it's all about perspective!

today i decided that instead of feeling depressed today while everyone else is giddy in love,  i would make the concious decision to be happy, and in doing so, I found so much to be happy about!
First I slept in, catching up on some long lost sleep makes a world of differnece.
Then I embraced the Holiday, I made valentines, gave out chocolate, and talked about how much i love people. It felt so good to give out gifts and show people how much i care about them.
Next i went to the D.I. Thrift shopping is a passed time i've really come to enjoy, and Emma came along w/ me. She has a valentine, Hyrum, but I still loved having her. We also enjoyed lunch together at Great Harvest.
It was so great because it was 41 degrees today and the sun was out! I seriously didn't even wear a coat! I loved it! Sunshine really does make even the gloomiest of holidays a little bit better:)
Next I worked out. Heaven knows I love to do this as well.
Now I am preparing to sit in front of the tv watching pretty little liars, and downing a box of chocoaltes that I bought for myself:)
What a happy, good, loving day.
I am happy with being me, and happy with my life, and if you don't have someone else to be with, the best you can do is be happy and content with being with yourself!
